All products ordered on this website will be delivered free of charge nationwide.
Products will be delivered via Japan Post's Yu-Pack.
<Returns/Exchanges>
Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons of customer convenience (such as the size not fitting, the product being different from what you expected, etc.). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by email.
If the product is defective, we will exchange it for a good one. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. If the product is out of stock, we will inform you separately.
Please note that we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges under any circumstances if the product has been used even once, if the tag has been lost, or if more than 4 days have passed since delivery.
