This dress is made from medium-weight cotton typewriter. Its width allows you to layer it with a turtleneck or long sleeves underneath.
This richly textured fabric was produced in the Enshu region of Shizuoka Prefecture. The densely woven fabric is hand-dyed by artisans with unique Enshu techniques. The high-density fabric is sun-dried in the strong winds and abundant sunlight that are unique to the Enshu region. It is opaque and you can enjoy the unique firmness and elegance of sun-dried fabric. It has a simple A-line silhouette that gently widens towards the hem. The tailored collar is the highlight.
